Tank Install/Removal · In-Place Closure of unused 1,000-gallon No. 2 Fuel Oil underground storage tank (UST) that was used for heating purposes. The tank will be accessed by excavating using hand tools (3-foot maximum depth of excavation). The tank will be entered and cleaned then filled with inert material and cement slurry. Soil samples will be collected below the tank by drilling holes through the base of the tank and then the tank will be filled.
