Alterations · Scope of work related to this project it entails fixture swap outs that are like for like. Alteration of plumbing piping systems- sanitary and domestic are not applicable to this project. AS CONTRACTOR SPECIFIED THES IS LIKE FOR LIKE REPLACEMENT/ FIXTURE REPLACEMENT WITHOUT PIPING. ANY ADDITIONAL WORK OUTSIDE OF THIS SCOPE OR REPLACMENT OF PIPING WILL RESULT IN A PLAN REVIEW. ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH 2018 PPC.
